Sovereign Housing Group has been undergoing a rebrand over the last few months and is now rolling out its new brand identity. The new brand embodies the success of the Group and is consistent with Sovereign’s mission and values, while embracing the diversity which characterises the Group. Emergencies out of office hours

The Vale Housing Association offers an emergency out-of-hours service for serious repair problems and anti social behaviour which could cause health and safety problems and cannot wait until office hours.

The number to ring is 0845 450 8244.

Your local District Council offers an out-of-hours service for emergencies. This is for problems such as serious noise nuisance, flooding and homelessness. The exact service may vary from council to council.
