We charge different rents for different sizes and types of home. There is also a difference between the rents paid by people who used to be tenants of the council and people who have become tenants since we became a housing association.
We use a formula set by the government to set a 'target rent' for each of the properties we own. Over time, the rent you pay will change until this target rent is met.
This table shows the weekly average rent for different types of property we own, measured against the average target rent. It shows rents for a 48 week year.
