At the Vale Housing Association we try to provide the best possible service, but we don't always get it right and when this happens we want to know about it. You have every right to complain to us if you are unhappy with our service.
You can make a complaint in whatever way is most convenient for you - by phoning, speaking to a member of staff, writing a letter or email, filling in the form in the middle of our "How to put things right at the Vale" leaflet (Also available as a PDF from our leaflets section) or by filling in this form.
