Preparing and distributing a Public Statement (CP10:V6:02/03/2004)
- The Communications & Research Assistant, together with the Green Team will review the Public Statement, after each Audit Cycle (ie. Annually). Any significant changes will be taken to the Board for approval.
- The Public Statement will include:-
- A description of the Association's activities
- An explanation of the Association's Significant Effects and their trends
- A summary of the Environmental Policy and Programme
- A summary of the Management System
- When the next Public Statement will be complete
- Who the accredited environmental certifier was
- The full statement will be published on the Intranet and public website.
- The Communications & Research Assistant will ensure that a summary statement will appear annually in the tenant newsletter.
