Monitoring and measuring environmental performance (CP17:V5:04/04/03)

  • At the financial year end the Communications & Research Assistant will ensure that all the data specified in the Association's Operational Procedures and Programme has been collected.

  • Copies of the EMS records will be kept for 6 years, either in hard copy form or on computer.

  • The Communications & Research Assistant will then include this information in the Public Environmental Statement comparing the results with the previous year’s data (if it exists). This will go to the Board for information.

  • The Green Team will review whether there is a need to change either the method of collection or improve the performance in that area.
