External communication of environmental issues (CP4:V7:01/07/2007)

• Any enquires or letters about the Association's environmental work will be co-ordinated by the Communications & Research Assistant, and a reply will be sent within 5 working days. Copies of correspondence will be held on the network's w-drive in the Communications & Research Assistant's environmental file.
  
  
• The Association will communicate information about it’s significant effects through it’s Public Environmental Statement (see CP10 for details), it’s website and other publications.
