Periodically reviewing and revising the Management System (CP9:V7:09/01/2006)

  • The Environmental Management System will be continually monitored through the regular Green Team Meetings.

  • In addition to this, the Green Team will carry out an annual Management Review of the EMS during which the following components will be reviewed:
    • Training
    • Audit Programme / Report
    • Complaints / Non-conformities (including investigation of the causes of non-conformities and some monitoring of the effectiveness of preventative and corrective actions)
    • Progress towards Policy and Aims and environmental performance
    • Register of Significant Effect
    • Consideration of any new potential emergency/abnormal situations
    • Evidence of compliance with legal and other requirements
    • Communication with external parties
    • Follow up from previous Management review
    • The Green Team will prepare a report for the Board advising of any necessary revisions.
    • The Board will approve any changes.

  • Records of any revisions will be kept in the Board's minutes which will be held by the Managing Director.
