Who works for us?

Who works at the Vale Housing Association?

Our biggest department, based at our Hanney office, deals with the repairs and maintenance of the properties we own. This includes the workforce who come out to fix problems, the surveyors who decide what work should be done, and the people who take the calls when problems are reported.

At the Abingdon and Wantage offices we have staff who manage our properties, provide housing advice and help with transfers and mutual exchanges. There is also a team to look after the finances and administration, and a development team who are responsible for building and buying new properties. Finally we employ some scheme managers, who are there to provide support and help for older residents in our sheltered schemes.
